Build a Mock-Up Room for Your Own Hotel

Our 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star sample rooms are starting references—not fixed packages. Based on your drawings, hotel standard, selected materials, finishes, and budget, OKBuild can build a project-specific mock-up room before batch production.

Start with a Full-Scale Reference. Then Make It Yours.

Visit OKBuild Center to compare furniture, flooring, stone, bathroom products, lighting, fabrics, hardware, and finishes in complete hotel spaces.

Questions About Hotel Projects

Short, practical answers to the questions hotel developers, contractors, designers, and procurement teams usually ask first.

Contact OKBuild before the delivery schedule is fixed. The project program needs to allow time for drawing review, sample or mock-up approval, material preparation, production, inspection, packing, international transit, customs clearance, and site receiving. The actual timeline depends on the furniture scope, quantities, customization, approval rounds, destination, and delivery phases, so it should be confirmed from the approved project information rather than a generic lead-time promise.
There is no single MOQ for every hotel furniture order. It varies by furniture type, customization, quantity per SKU, and whether you need a mock-up room, a full order, or replacement pieces. Send us your BOQ, drawings, and quantities, and we will confirm the applicable MOQ with the quotation.
Yes. If on-site installation is included in the agreed scope, OKBuild can send an installation team to the project location. The client pays for the team’s round-trip airfare, accommodation, and meals. We can also guide the local site team remotely. The quotation will confirm the installation work, schedule, site preparation, and each party’s responsibilities.
OKBuild can quote FOB or DDP shipping through its packing and delivery process. The available option depends on the destination and project requirements. The quotation will name the port or delivery location and show who is responsible for freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes, unloading, and final delivery.

Send any change as a formal revision with the affected drawings, item codes, room types, finishes, and quantities clearly marked. OKBuild will review how the change affects completed work, materials, price, production, packing, and delivery. The revised information should be approved before production continues on the affected items.

Replacement furniture can usually be reviewed for reorder when the original drawings, dimensions, BOM, material specifications, and approved finish references are available. We will need to reconfirm the MOQ, lead time, hardware, materials, and finish availability. New pieces may not match older furniture exactly if the original finish has aged or a material has been discontinued.

Yes, subject to a review of the existing furniture. Send drawings, samples, photos, and dimensions, or arrange site measurements if needed. An exact match may not be possible when the existing finish has faded or the original material or hardware is no longer available. Approve a sample or mock-up before production to confirm the closest available match.
